last question mei confusion hai sir... 5000 shares k hisab se amount forfeit kyu nhi kiya.. uspe excess jo aayi hai vo bhi to krenge na 5000(applied)x3=15000(total paid)....... 2500(allotted)x3=7500.. therefore 7500 excess to be adjusted.. face value ko priority di to 5000 add krdenge.. 15000+5000=20000...... 20000-5000(2500*2 discount)=15000 Thank you for ur dedication towards teaching sir.. it really helps a lot

4th no. Question answer will be 12500. Final call is not yet made. So how we can discount when reissue is more than called up value. In that case whole forfeiture amount will be transferred to capital reserve as there is no discount Kindly check and lemme know If I am right
