These bikes may not be fast but they are tanks.. My 98 300 has never let me down. Over 12,000klm and doesn't even puff any blue smoke.

We grew up on a 96 honda 300. Had over 4000 hrs on the hour meter before the hour meter broke and it still went for years until the piston rings finally wore out. We worked out it had about 120,000km going off the averages that we do on our newer hondas. Engine completely untouched.

I know I’m really late on this, I’ve been binge watching the 300. That Honda is by far the toughest little machine ever, survives water tips and goes up large muddy inclines. Great channel

So I have the same exact bike as you and I have a slight problem with mine... does your front end whine when you have a certain amount of speed? Mine seems to whine no matter what I have fluid in the diff and have changed it out multiply if times never gets better please help

I love the gear marked sl on my 300 it just crawls. With that gearing package you get to keep the power. That's nice. I would also like to snorkel mine. Funny we have the same exact quad. Same colour and 4x4. Except mine is a 95 model and I bet mines louder. Half to 3/4 of the baffles in the exhaust are rusted and just rattling around. Makes it loud as hell even only at half throttle

Those sensors are on the bottom of the clutch cover if you ground the green wire with the red stripe it will think it's always in neutral
