Indonesian Food is some of the BEST in the world and this was our FIRST TIME trying Nasi Goreng Kambing and ROTI BAKAR in Jakarta, Indonesia. Nasi Goreng Kambing is delicious rice with goat meat whereas Roti Bakar is toasted dessert with cheese and chocolate inside. Jakarta is definitely one of the top three travel destinations for us in Indonesia.

indonesia nasi goreng was ranked 2 as the most delicious food in the world by CNN, and a lot of vietnam, thailand, chinese restaurant wrote "nasi goreng" in their menu even if it was not indonesia nasi goreng that they sell, they just wrote nasi goreng out of the popularity of the name is..😅

I saw the Avocado Juice on the menu, you must try it. It's one of the most favorite juice in Indonesia! The mixture of chocolate and cheese is not common in the western world, which is why they don't know that the combination of the two are an amazing delicacy. The key is the type of cheese used, only use cheddar cheese, not any other type of cheese. It will blow your mind. Every foreigners blown their mind when trying this combination, they always said WOW for first bite, so amazing taste ever. Chocolate and cheese also used for grilled banana and Martabak Manis (sweet martabak)

Kambing can be either lamb or goat. Domba also can be the same even though formally it refers to sheep or lamb. Usually they sell lamb, but sometimes they mix the lamb with goat meat.

In jl sabang my suggestion for tourist are soto kudus ( chicken soup ) nasi gandul pati. Their shop are side by side. In Jakarta the best specialty dish is soto betawi beef. Many foreigner love it.
