I just bought on through Amazon. Love it, love it, love it! Would like to take it work, but afraid it may get stolen. Gentle quiet BIG heat. Amazon had it for $210 on sale, but is back up to $279. Takes a while to heat the room, but it WILL.

QUESTION: Is it truly an infrared radiant heater? I want it to heat me without waiting energy to heat the air -- just like quartz heaters and the sun. For example, would this work outside on the porch? Would I feel the heat immediately upon turning it on from 5' away? Thanks for any info.

In the summer, I imagine you can remove the legs and store it in back of your closet. Easy to put away.
