Especially after yesterday's video, it's kinda starting to shine through that maybe Suns feeling pushed to the side again, or at least the butt of the joke again maybe? I saw a few comments talking abt how off Sun was acting in theories that its not our Sun at all, but man all i'm seeing is a downward trending relapse into Sun and Moons old dynamic. Things were all fine and healing up until Moon seemed to take up the stress that used to make him lash out in the past, and Sun simply withdrawing bit by bit emotionally with every attempt to join the dynamic and only getting shut down by Moon's no-nonsense attitude. I fully expect to this be a bump in the road, and i cant wait to see it. Moon being brought back to life and making a promise to be better doesnt magically solve the core of their issues, of course. 😅

I think Sun is the 'butt of the joke' a lot on purpose tbh, like, story wise. Reed and Davis aren't forgetting him it's on purpose. It's realistic. People don't tend to worry or be gentle to someone like Sun. Sun is tough skinned he can take a lot of jokes. Granted, some jokes can hurt him but a lot of them aren't that bad. It's the sibling dynamic. Solar pouring water on Sun, them leaving him with Molten, him being afraid of heights despite literally jumping from heights all the time, them making fun of him for his denial in being bald- We've still had more focus on Sun, but his problems are never said out loud. He's not the kind of person to bring attention to himself. His emotions are subtle and hard to pick up on. Like in the last episode where he asks Moon if he remembered what he said. Moons confused and Sun just kinda nods along then leaves. I agree when you say that Sun and Moon need to work on their dynamic still, but Sun isn't being forgotten right now.

@@WritingRamen Yeah, I mostly just feel bad for him - what he did was horrible, but when you also bear in mind that he’s endured 50+ years in a dimensional war zone he was forced to take part in by his dimension’s Creator, what he did was a very severe trauma response. He watched his friends get taken over by a virus he was forced to be a carrier of so every friend he ever had is long-dead. He wiped out all those thousands of dimensions in order to eliminate every dangerous variant of the person who hurt him and his friends and made a global war out of their home. Maybe some therapy sessions could have helped, but he wouldn’t have had the chance. When he joined them in the Pizzaplex after he was ‘cured’ he was ignored and isolated into the arcade to keep him out of their way. They only ever checked in on him if they wanted to question him or if they wanted something from him, never just to hang out and keep him company. Maybe if they’d paid him a little more attention they could have talked him out of it or at least helped him with what I can only guess is probably PTSD or something similar. They keep going on about how he betrayed them after pretending to be friends with them, but it wasn’t really difficult to do when they actively came up with excuses to keep him away from them - they were never really friends in the first place, and they constantly talked about him behind his back about how weird he was and that they didn’t trust him. They never even really gave him a chance in the first place and then put all the blame on him for deceiving them. It wasn’t exactly like he had to try hard, was it? Sorry if you read all that, I just have a lot of opinions when it comes to Ruin 😅 People are always quick yo judge him but don’t consider the things he had to go through to get to that point. I don’t condone his actions but I do understand why he’d do it.

@@pastelnebula I agree with all of this. That's why I always try to defend Ruin. They never tried to befriend him, they made it easy for him not to care about the impact it would have on the family. They didn't even invite him to celebrate Christmas, it would have been the perfect opportunity for Solar to gift him his new design, and help him feel welcome. I hate how alot of the characters treat him because none of them can truly understand the suffering he's been through. Plus the talking behind the back happened to Nexus the moment Old Moon returned. He belittled everything Nexus did or tried to invent and called him stupid. No one stuck up for him either or tried to tell Old Moon about any of the good things he did.

Ah... so Ruin left the piece of metal behind so that Moon and Solar can look at and Hopefully be able to track dark sun and Nexus. So Ruin IS helping us. I honestly thought that Solar would freak out when seeing Ruin again just like how Lunar freak out over Eclipse. So he doesn't like Ruin, but also understands why he killed the dementions.

I love how Ruin is trying to give them as many hints as he possibly can. In the other episode when Moon told him to nod or shake his head then asked if it was Nexus, Ruin gave the tiniest nod while saying he couldn't tell them anything. Now he left debris that usually isn't left when they travel so they could find a trail. Sure dark sun told him not to, but he's taking the risk anyway.

I just want to say how much I appreciate this show. All the other FNAF VR shows are kinda unknown or just gone at this point. Freddy and Funtime is still going, as is Roxanne and Gregory. Monty and Foxy became Eclipse and Puppet so that show completely changed. Glam Freddy and Circus baby had Circus baby retire, and now it's the Michael Afton and Freddy show. Bonnie and Glitchtrap show just died out. Glamrock chica and Funtime Foxy just keeps alternating if Chica's in it or not. Yeah, they have really all be inconsistent or some just dying out. Sun and Moon have been the real bedrock of this VR series, and by extension the Lunar and Earth show remains consistent and fun.
