Hi, It looks to me as though you have both LEVEL controls off while only using the drive and Master volume. In case you don't know already, Channel Levels are the Channel Volume controls. This is what I see in your video. If you have your Channel Level controls on 8 to 10 and Master Volume 3 to 10 you should have all the volume you want up to 100 watts. I.E. cop calling volume. If you already know this then I apologize for my observation. Outside of that, this amp has a pre amp out and power amp in for Each Channel and a pre amp out and power amp in on the master section. These 3 sets of in-outs allow 1 guitar to go through power amp like you have it or as I liked to put guitar in A Channel with a dummy plug in the A power amp in jack, then A pre out cable into the B input channel using a series connection allows you to use double the tone stacks and double the drive sections and double the Channel volume level controls. Or, you can connect 3 Graphic Eq's. Or, Channels A and B can each have their own power amps. This amp I just love the wide variety of tones and connection to outboard devices. I owned the Original Sunn Beta Lead amp in the 1970's. I hated the sound because I got spoiled on tube amps. Never had another amp that was a versatile as this one is. Good luck!

If you'd like me to do an in depth review of the amp tweaking all the settings just let me know . Overall I really like the amp. But my only, and most major complaint Is the lack of volume. I've always heard that Beta leads are notoriously loud,but the reissue TO ME seems to be on the quiet side, especially at lower level settings. In the video I actually had to boost the audio level by 5db to bring it to usable level, or I could have just turned the master up to 5 or 6. But when you crank this thing up nearly all the way it really sounds like a monster

My original Beta Lead never goes anywhere near 2 when I'm playing with a bassist and drummer. It's ridiculously loud. I think this was what people were concerned about with these reissues, as they use a class D power amp as opposed to the original AB.

@MotorikRoadTrip yeah they fucked up, not sure how you can make a reissue ( a clone essentially) and it not be just like the original. To be fair it sounds great and to my knowledge it sounds identical to the originals, its just quiet as a mother fucker. How'd it sound to you ?

Are you using an impedance matched cab? It’s odd that there would be a lack of volume. I have an OG one and rattles my house with max drive, level at 1 and the master volume at 2

They just gave me the same automated sounding response for 6 months. Essentially all I got was "soon" and then one day I got a shipping notification. They refuse to give estimated times they will just say "soon"
