First Is learn islam 18:00 avoid disobedience, causes spiritual damage to heart, render yourself incapable of recognising the greatness of Allah . 18:45 The wounds caused by sinful behaviour and disobedience cause your heart to bleed and leak out of your heart the glorification of Allah 18:55 Allah invites back to certainty by mending those wounds through repentance and reinstating the glorification through praise. Quran : Hold on, the promise of Allah is true. Seek forgiveness for your sins and glorify the praise of your Lord. 19:40. Word of wisdom. Build an iron wall between yourself and temptations that lead to haram, if you want to have hope for certainty. 20:00 environment
