Thanks so much for making this video! The realness and honesty of how college can go through so many different paths that you might not see until later through the years needs to be said more. As my freshman year has wrapped up I ended up going into a depressive state during the rest of May and realized that internally I had been feeling a lot worse than I realized. Only once I had a second to myself, that being summer, that college has been one hell of a year. I’m excited for sophomore year but also scared. It’s like by the time I accepted the big change of going to college, it was summer already and now I’m already about to start a new year

It goes by so fast! It’s hard to get a grasp of what to do or what is going on, but you are doing better than you realize!!! And it will all be okay. Good for you! I learned the hard way that trying to do everything at once and pushing yourself to get through it is soooo unhealthy. I am graduating a year later than I wanted to because of so many complications because of Covid and some other things. I am grateful that I have more time so that I will be more prepared for my career when I graduate. So glad you are happy with your decision and that you are taking the time to take care of yourself!
