I am 75 years old. I don't have a college education. I went to, what my father called, the School of Hard Knocks. Everything I learned was self educated and trying and failing. Every time I was knocked down, I got back up and tried harder. Why? Because my Dad would look me straight in the eye and say who ever told you life would be fair? I made a lot of mistakes that I LEARNED from. By the grace of God I have now reached a plateau where life is stable. Wants and needs are very few. I drive a 13 year old car and have a 15 year old pick up. Life is good even though mg husband has severe COPD and I have had a cancer battle myself. I thank God e dry day that I am able to see our great grandchildren and have them greet us as though it has been a lifetime since they have seen us lol.
