The 3DS version has the same true final boss, but with a couple of differences: - The damage meter for Master Core is covered by darkness until it reveals its true form. - The Master Fortress segment of the fight isn't implemented into the 3DS version, even on 9.0 intensity.

Yeah. If you've played both versions, you'll notice that most of the enemies in Master Fortress are literally just shadow versions of the enemies in Smash Run which is only in the 3DS version.

To clarify on what i said before, the amount of (and which) phases of the Master Core fight depends on what difficulty you set it to. At 0-1.9 it’s obviously just Master Hand At 2-2.9 Crazy hand is there too At 3-3.9 I believe you only fight the Master Beast and/or the Master Blades, then the Master Shadow and then the Master Core itself And so on, until you reach 9.0 and battle what Bowser did in this video

Master Core's true form When I was young, I actually DIED to it, even when it was not using its "nasty trick" on me, i smashed it but it did not get defeated, and when it was coming back to the center, it hit me and i got lauched, then died. I was so pissed when that happened to me.

Silverwolf Pirates Thanks to no story mode (thanks Sakurai -.-) no one can really tell what Master Core's significance to the universe actually is. The only thing we can get close to figuring out what it is is if you look at the "Kid playing with their toys" theory. I'd go watch Connorthewaffle's theory on it l. He makes it easy to follow and is the most people can agree upon since again, there's no story mode unfortunately

Pulled off a 9.0 intensity on classic mode with Ike without using customizations shortly after seeing this. Ironic. Guess the reason I went looking for this was to be able to find the means to navigate without taking too much damage. If I could clear such a high intensity without customizations, it may be a sign that I've improved in Smash.

I finally beat 9.0 with Donkey Kong it was hard. Tip: All you have to do is don't died, dodge and survive is the key by using heavyweight characters. Just be careful on final round it gets your heart race quick no matter how tough they are.

@@Megastar_Tye I already try it but I died at First Phase because of Master Beast. Even his recovery is explicit but very difficult to make it back. Little Mac doesn’t have that much durability because he’s share the same weight as Shiek and Fox. Only I got better with Donkey Kong because he has plot armor in him.

Wanna know a CRAZY (hand) story : Once upon a time there was a raging squelling kidiot playing ssb4. Why was he raging that's what we are figuring out today : he lost on 9.0 difficulty so he had to play through another 3 custom classic modes with annoying RNG based items that he couldn't turn off. Anyways after that!!! He made it to the hands. MH and CH put the first letters of those and you get MC (master core) take the first letter of first and replace the C with the F and you get MF (fortress) anyways back to what happened. He no hited the first 50% he was 1 hit away from moving on to core. Then master hand grabbed him used to gentle GO TO SLEEP BISH lullaby grab so he couldn't do anything about it then MH used platforms and scince he couldn't do anything he was stuck. They killed him and then he was 1 stock down. Then he got grabbed by CH and guess what kind of grab it was... the one where he gets stuck in the ground. And the platforms came out again and at this point he knew... he f**ked up and again. He couldn't do anything and died... oh and there was also the lipstick flowers that drains your HP. Plz like I worked hard on this and get the anouncer to say this and make s video on it that would be great to hear what it would sound like if the smash anouncer said this.

You can win with any character on 9.0 difficulty, it doesn't matter if you use wii fit trainer or lucario, the point here is predict all the moves of the bosses and then how to counter them with faster attacks.

Still not over the first time I defeated master Core- it was only a few years ago and I was screwing around in the 3DS version and decided to tackle Classic Mode. Thing is...I played Ultimate so often at that point that I thought the boss changing difficulty spike would be at 7.0...it was not. I put the difficulty at like 6.0 I think? I realized what had happened and had to pause the game and close the 3DS while I processed what I got myself into. I somehow won the fight...and then my 3DS turned itself off due to an issue that I've since (hopefully) fixed. Thank the stars for autosaving.

For any of you having trouble finding master core: make sure you go up against master and crazy hand. kill master hand first. that should turn crazy hand into master core. Hope This helped!
