im so happy that im getting back into vlogging, travel videos always help bc things don't feel mundane and ordinary... but I think finding beauty in the mundane and ordinary is also part of life, and what I want to capture. I had so much fun in prague, ive added it to the top five of my favorite cities 🥰

'National Museum' is an institution with quite a lot of buildings all around the city- you visited one small 'gallery' that is part of the 'National museum' institution, The biggest Art museum that is part of 'National Museum' is in district of Holesovice (Narodni Galerie-Veletrzni palac: paintings mid 19th century till mid- 20th century- massive collection in a beautiful 1930s building , worth visiting )

So excited to see you visiting my hometown! Caught me totally by surprise, seeing you all over the places I grew up. There's so many little hidden gems around Prague, little artsy-handmade shops like CVRK or Dogumi, beautiful nature such as Divoká Šárka or the main botanical garden (you'd love it, its a real treat, I swear:) and many many parks everywhere you go. Hope you'll visit again someday, Sunny!

very nice video :) Anilinky are safe version of originally poisonous watercolours, the brand is Koh-I-Noor. I love the tones, painted a paper lantern andmany other things with them :) I love seing people liking our cities and country.

sorry to hear your luggage got lost, that's the worst!! it's why if I'm not checking in luggage, I only bring one big rucksack so it can stay by my feet, I remember before other peoples second bags got taken and put into hold 🥺 prague looks fantastic, it's on my list! lovely to see you travelling europe whilst you're in the uk 🥰

@@klarabatka825 At the time of me making this comment, I was just back from a trip to Prague. And Prague had lots and lots of different cafes you can choose from. In the town I live, we have only 2-3 cafes that are open during the weekend, so it can be hard to substitute, but my experience of Prague was that there were so many options that one didn't need to resort to Starbucks.

@@klarabatka825 I imagine that would be the case! I personally prefer trying out local cafes because most of them bring something new and different to the overall experience. And Starbucks is greatly overpriced, so I don't really get the hype.

Anilinky are actually a type of watercolours made by the Czech brand Koh-i-noor. They are mainly used by children nowadays 😊

You'll be happy to hear that we have recently decided to ban keeping any bears in castle moats (currently there are 7 bears in total in 4 locations, one of them being Cesky Krumlov), and they will be relocated to either nature reserves or at least zoos with much much better conditions.

Aahhh that view from the first museum gave me such a wave of nostalgia, that big statue has like a round pedestal around it and i remember sitting on that and having a coffee there with my dad yeeeaaars ago like more than 10 years ago, so sweet❤❤

that was just the exhibition dedicated to hockey in the Kinsky Palace, there are many other buildings that are under National Gallery (like the Fair Trade Palace, Waldstein Riding School, Schwarzenberg Palace) with much more exhibitions to offer:)

I love your art so much and id love to meet you one day but when you were in prague i was at my home town and i really wanted to meet you, like when you droped this vlog and i looked at my notifications i was like " holy moly she was in prague !?!?!? Wow! There's a lot to like visually in this, including but not limited to, your fashion sense. Prague appears to be an extraordinarily dreamy, color-saturated place, and something about your wardrobe and demeanor these days makes you seem to fit right in. Great job with all the architectural sketch-booking, and your choice of an especially pigmented paint set seems to have worked out perfectly!! I think it's cool that you set out to become like one of those wild plein air sketch bookers you admire, and on what seems like your first few tries, you ended up with a bunch of your own really well done sketches. @12:48, you were looking for a breakfast spot, then the Golden Arches came into the shot which you had clearly ruled out and had walked by super-fast, and I was thinking, "Hello? Egg McMuffin!!", but that's probably just me. :)
