I have been an entrepreneur for 18 years and I now have 3 businesses about to start my 4th! My biggest fail is imposter syndrome.. I refuse to acknowledge my success so I can help people even more! I never feel good enough! My first business 18 years ago I hit 6 figures in 6 months with 3 children under 4... and it's still alive and kicking today! I have turned 50 like 2 minutes ago and I am going to make the changes required to own my wins and help even more women! My biggest ongoing fail is outsourcing.. I always think I can do it al! :)

I bought a business, put everything into it and it failed. I lost my house and had to start again from minus zero at 53. At 54 I started my KZbin, finding my feet. I'm reselling on ebay and building an income there and still trying to write my blog which has been hard in recent times but I'll get there. At 55 I am making mistakes every, single, day. I pick the wrong things to sell. I pick the wrong topics to talk about. I write crappy pages. Then I learn (again and still) and try something else. When I find the 'thing' that 'worked' I double down on that. My most watched video so far is the one of me talking about how I failed and lost everything and I laid it all bare and I think people resonated with it because you're not supposed to talk about being broke and a failure in your 50's. We are all supposed to have made it and figured it out. We haven't.

I thought I failed at a music career when my mentor/boss died. From that I boxed up my tools 12 years ago and just this past 2 years have I been opening up my repair tools again and expanding my repair skills in music. Something I’m learning to do is FORGIVE myself for closing that door and Handling the situation like I did. I went from a great job to a train wreak of work after that. Thank you for sharing! you have been inspiring to grow and do better. I have started working on my youtube channel where I have never put myself out in front of the public like this. This will be "out of my comfort zone" moment.

The Post-it story I have never heard of and it shows how long it really takes to get to where you are supposed to be. I can relate I did not go to school for this as a Registered Nurse but I believe it has helped. me along the way. Your story from zero to hero is amazing. That is so key, do not do anything in your business out of boredom but only out of pure necessity! I don't believe in failures just stepping stones to where you need to be and it is learning and growing along the way. I love how you are helping all of us in our journey and I really appreciate it. I never heard Oprah say that and that is exactly how I feel.

Sometimes we say we failed our way to a certain goal, but in reality as long as you’re taking action I don’t really consider that failing. I think the worst failure that really eats at your soul is inaction. This past year I have been thrown into bouts of inaction and it really worries me. The ironic part of having guilt about past inaction is that it causes more inaction in the future. We mostly procrastinate due to negative emotion. Have you ever had periods of inaction on your journey Sunny? I feel like if you have, that would calm me down haha I almost want someone to come tell me to slow down so that I go slow rather than don’t go at all

I just love you Sunny!! I loved you before & even MORE now!!! Your words are almost like a mirror to my new book I’m writing (1st book ever), but the overall concept is “authenticity”...as in its time to drop the “perfect life” mask all over social media & in life general!! I can relate to you 1000%! I’ve been running my online business for 4 years, but as a solopreneur, more & more mentees to coach - I spent/spend more time “helping, teaching, training” for free! Soooooo many lessons learned! I’m all about helping people, but I want to go deep & be real with others & allow them to feel safe enough to do the same!! OH!! I landed in the HOSPITAL TOO after massive burnout!!! I had a stroke????? Lost complete control of my left arm??? I was 47! So, I’m with you Sunny...I’m n your tribe & always will be. We’re going to “get really real” by creating a movement...I have confidence, but I’m not ego/materialistic driven (Ok, I do love certain brands or whatever). Love ya girl!! Keep being real girl!! 💙💃

This video is SO amazing and SO timely Sunny, thank you! I'm about to go live with my very first video with the help of YTFB! I felt like I massively failed because I kept stalling on actually completing the work! So much vulnerability came up in HOW I wanted to share with my audience and I can just feel how huge this is going to be for me. I'm making lots of little fails all over the place with my business but I truly feel the next few years will see me sky rocket. I'm so grateful to have found you

"Low views" is relative. You are not failing. You are not "on your way to greatness". You are ALREADY GREAT! You are just on YOUR journey and NO journey EVER ends. You never "get there". You ARE "there" NOW. All you ever have is now. That's why you better enjoy it along the way.
