I'm so glad I caught this video. I get offers sometimes for projects. Someone just DMed me on LinkedIn asking for help with training at their facility. I was considering writing back and saying I can take projects if it's less than 2 weeks and pays a premium price.... but it's not aligned with my legacy! I want to create a low-maintenance business, and this sounds like it would be a big distraction from the path I'm already on. It's going to have to be a "no."

I remember pulling in at 6 am and not being able to find parking and I thought when I got there I would be happy. I was miserable and depressed. Cause I built it on bullshit. It was a shiny product of what everyone told me to do. I had no authenticity. It felt fake. Closed it. 250 people still hate me for it. Best thing I ever did. Comparison is my demon. I deleted IG cause seeing perfect pictures of chiseled guys every morning waking up was making me doubt myself. Not thinking most of them can’t even add.

Hey, been watching your videos for quite sometime now. Don't want to sound like a troll or a hater, but in the past I've felt your videos were more actionable. Things we could do about our mindset or business. However, the newer videos feel quite philosophical things we can agree on but not really actionable as in set a plan to to get out of our current rut. In the past there was something to look forward too in the videos like ooh i'm going to learn something new. but now its like I almost know what you are going to say. Maybe its because I've watched so many of your videos that our view points might be the same or more likely your view points have ingrained themselves in my mind :) Anywhoo, Haven't surveyed the old subscribers, but i feel the older subscribers might miss the kinda videos that help you learn something different. Last but not least Thank you. your videos have definitely helped me along in my journey :)

If you could share your thoughts in future videos. A lot of times we are overburdened because we either don't have have team or don't have have the right team. Quit. 1. Others peoples opinions. 2. Toxic people and energies 3. Short term gratification/thinking. shiny object syndrome 4. Drinking 5. Poop I mean buying into your own bullshit. Get it out and test it. 8. Aimless hustle. Trying to do everything all the time. Blindlessly being busy. 9. comparing yourself. Not consuming content that makes me feel less. 10. Normalcy and certainty. Never going to have 100% certainty. 11. Scarcity. Don't fall into scarcity. Believe it is possible and KNOW it. 12. Everything. Quit doing everything. Learn to delegate. @@SunnyLenarduzzi I love your "people's opinion” metric…Specifically “are they living the kind of life that I want.” You shared how success is a spectrum and that entrepreneurs have to clearly define where they fall on the scale…for example, being wealthy but dangerously busy & miserable is not the dream for a lot of us. No shade…but those folks would not be the first pick as mentors. *** Also, thinking of my goal as two dots on the page & using “legacy thinking” to build the fastest bridge between the dots. *** Perfection’s anti-venom: take permission to "actively show up messy” *** MY FAVORITE TIP: no matter how big you grow…you don’t feel like you know what you’re doing…there’s no certainty…make peace with it… PS - I’m really thinking about that meal-prep idea…

Great !! 🤩🤩🤩 How to become a successful Entrepreneur 🤝🤝 Don't take 'no' for an answer. Learn from the best. Stay hungry and ambitious. Never stand still; evolve with the times. Nurture long-term business relationships. Inspire those around you. Trust your gut instinct, not just your spreadsheet.

I had more of the perfectionist attribute too, and I am getting away from trying to do and be everything at once, looking at only what is the most serving as my next step.

Thanks for this awesome video Sunny! My biggest takeaway is to focus on one thing. I was thinking that in order for me to grow on KZbin I needed to be highly active on facebook , instagram, tiktok AND have a podcast. I since learned that if I'm focused on mainly providing value to my audience and being consistent in creating videos than I have a better chance of growing on this platform. I agree with all the points you've made I think it's super valuable!
