Sunnyside, Queens - New York City

The neighborhood of Sunnyside was initially developed in the early 20th century, with many single-family homes and apartment buildings constructed during that time. The area's name is said to have originated from a real estate developer who described the neighborhood as a "sunny side of the railroad." The Long Island Rail Road's main line runs through the area, providing easy transportation access for residents.
