@@JensBuehl im having issues with it as well. It's not coming close to anything usable. I've tried everything, even using stable diffusion (prompt weights:1.5). I guess we are the alpha/beta testers. Sometimes it comes close, but mostly when mixing back in the changes, it mutilates it, often leaving out surrounding "chunks" of verses. Sadly, my voice is akin to a dying dog, so I'm not going to be the backup singer, so ill have to wait, or keep generating something until it comes close...as it was beore. 😭

I built this as a vertical video experiment - it came out pretty good! This is not the final release, but it is all artificially generated. I created the lyrics and plugged them into Suno. After almost 100 tries, I got one I liked. The video production involved multiple AI tools: Leonardo AI: Created the base characters Canva: Used for editing and background removal Hedra: Rendered the female character using the audio vocal stem file Gen3: Rendered the keyboard player The full song took 3 days to complete, with character renders and editing taking an additional 2 days. The final video was edited in Da Vinci Resolve. Total project time: 5 days start to finish. there's just no way to do that in 5 days without tools like suno although the song We'll have to go into a DAW to correct a few errors before release I found this the case in most songs produced by suno they're rarely perfect I don't know if I can do that here if not just delete my post there's a link kzbin.info/www/bejne/g56nfphsnrSnmas

Those vocalisations that you did is called: scat, used in Jazz improvisations and then adopted by Mani other genres. Used not just as a standard human instrumental vocalisation, but also as mimicking instruments. I love its use in Latin Music.

Okay, so now I'm deep into Suno again and using the "replace section" function a ton. It's worked very well a few times but now I'm stuck in a rut and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to do a song with 4 verses, by down'oading and arranging each verse and extracting the vocal stem into my DAW over my original music tracks. The first verse sounded really great, so I then used the "replace section" function to make the second and third verses. They sound pretty good but they are all just slightly different, as if it might not be the same singer or the same recording session. Still, the quality is pretty good and I'm only making demos. But now I've been working on verse 4 for several hours and it's refusing to follow the lyrics. It was giving me gibberish that could have been Japanese anime stuff and for a while was even consistantly giving me instrumental sections. I kept hitting the "report" button for "doesn't follow lyrics". Now it keeps giving me versions with the original lyrics, not even attempting to replace them at all. I'm one verse away from having this song done and it's driving me up the wall.

I have email proof I have been monthly asking about the lyric fix feature, also asked today about each song be transcribed to sheet music even if the process takes longer. And also asked today if the stems could be separated prior completion so zero vocals are heard. Same as am actual studio, just turn down the vocal know. If each song could get made through a graphic equalizer first so when you do stem the song the knob can get turned down completely and you won't hear a smidge in the vocals during the instrumental. But I also asked if you can put a persona in with the covers. And a spell check button next to your lyric generate button so you can spell check before you generate 'cause I mess up a lot and have to go back and fix a lot of shit. I wind up making a bee side after I fix all the errors cause I'm on my phone I'm not on APC right now and I don't have the features I need on a pc

Here's how you can get sheet music. Upload your music file to Audacity. If you don't have it, it's a free to download. Download your music file from Audacity and save it as a MIDI file. MuseScore is a free software that converts MIDI files to sheet music. Upload your MIDI file to MuseScore and It will convert it into sheet music.

The replace section would be great if it worked, but I've tried I've tried 20 or so replaces and it's only worked a couple of times. Udio's inpaint feature works much more reliably (even though the inpaint UI is more clunky and unintuitive). Hope they improve it soon.

I tried to watch this with intention, but I must have missed it. I always have high hopes for the updates like these… so where is the new feature that allows us to do things that we were previously unable to? Still feels like we’re just feeding prompts and making minor changes until we eventually get something that is good enough but not feeling like we had total control over. I want to feel like I’m bringing to life the music in my head, not seeding an idea and getting a bunch of vague expansions on that idea. There is some at this time undefinable quality to Suno harmonies that seem to be consistent as if I've heard them before across interations. Even across totally different genres. The other thing about Suno that I don't like so much is the raspy texture and harmonics that you hear in many of the voices. A lot of generative Ai is made from random noise. It sounds to me that if they are using that type of technique that the original random noise is still present in the finished generation. The lyrics reminds me of Euro lyrics. They make sense but are not colloquial. The arrangements and productions seem to default to Whigfield Europop as well. I wish they would give us the capability to out in negative prompts to keep out the typical fluff and priority prompts or instrument section prompts that will generate no matter what.

4.0 Its buggy as hell. Once you made a persona, its almost impossible to change lyrics of the Song you made it with...somehow these are so deep in the persona stored...every try to change them leads to glitchy gibberisch...and it goes even deeper. If you just try to start komplete over with the song, but use the same prombt...it accurs even without "persona" This persone thing goes deep. You have to delete the persona and restart Suno to get rid of it. And have you also noticed that Suno lost a big Part of its "Creativity" and "out of the box" thinking with a Song you provided the lyrics that appears with the 10+ Generatiuon? Thats when Suno stops sounding like "Suno" and the wonder start.... Dont know what I mean? Sorry for all of you that don't pay the respect to the developers with 10 Bugs...ok, back to the topic: In version 4 all the creativity, the clear seperation of Parts of the Arrangement (when you prompt them right with [vers], [chorus] etc) is lost. Some terms like [Instrumental Part] are complete obsolete. So, you can say Suno is like growing up to a beautiful Person. Lost its imperfections and curiosity. But became boring and "mainstream" af. Here is a trick to work with 3.5 (the way more creative version) and handle the "noizy" vocals and music. Open the Song in spectral editor like spectralayers, and after seperation open every stem again and split it into its 3 fundamental Parts every Audio has: Tonality, (vocal), transients (consonants) and "noize" (thats in vocals the sound our throat mixes in). Take the "Noize" Part and go to the EQ of our channel. Then do a low and highpass filtering of the lows up to....about 300 kHz and the same thing in the High area, to only keep the frequencies you need to make the voice naturally. Its a tricky procedure at start but you will learn so much aubout it and at the end you got Vocals....(almost) without an scratching. And, no kids, there is no ableton template for this...yet ;-).
