Hi, I really love this videos wish you could do more videos like this. It’s really informative. Also you should look into getting apps like connecteam which would let your workers clock in only when they are in the shop, so you know what time they come in. It would really help you

I think u should always take all ur workers through thorough training in their first week and also make one person a supervisor who will supervise all of them. You can even make a spreadsheet of the things that should be done in the shop so that even if they forget they can refer to it. You should have a late coming policy where incase anyone will be late they should call before or else a percentage of their payment will be deducted. Familiarity breeds contempt, so please don’t be too nice it’s a business at the end of the day. All the best 💯💯💯

Either Ghanaians Nigerians whoever takes the work for granted, get rid of em if u av to my dear. Ann Robertson, a well known BBC quiz mistress said in an interview that, if one wants to be successful in life, one has to be mean, firm in your decisions, and do not be Mr/madam nice until you've arrived at where u want to be in life. U could be generous n nice to people even your own family, but the very day u tell em u can't help em with something, that day, they will call u wicked n unkind. Pls take care of yourself and your business
