I like how you show the full process from shoot to print. Printing is something I need to start doing more. The photos and light were amazing as well!

Hey Nigel! I was wonder and really hoping if there was anyway I could buy a copy of that last black and white image that you showed? I really fell in love with it and I've always wanted to buy a photo of the Golden Gate Bridge that I could hang on a wall somewhere in my room. It's such a beautiful composition and I really hope we can agree on something. Thank you!

It's so great to see someone else's prescriptive of a place I've photographed several times. Motivates me to go hunt for different compositions. The prints came out great!

+Danny MacRostie Thanks Danny! I thought I arrived with plenty of time but ended up running around trying to video and take photos. Luckily I was the only one up there that morning... 2 Sundays on the run is a big ask!

Another great video Nigel. Cracking shot of the Golden Gate Bridge as well. Keep up the quality work! Oh, you're right about the number of frames taken on each shoot. I take less and less as the years go by. And I like the way you show the print of the image in your videos as well.

Having just got into printing myself I know what you mean. Having a physical print you made in your hands is great. So very different than seeing it on the screen. I find myself looking at the details more.

I enjoyed the video Nigel, and it was great seeing the printed photos at the end. I really like both compositions, and I think the second one definitely looks great as a B&W. Thanks for the mention in the video as well!

Thanks Ben - I fought hard in my head to go with something that didn't include the whole bridge.

This popped up on my feed today and glad it did. I was 180 degrees from your location in September. I love the Golden Gate Bridge. I really enjoyed the last two images, especially the black and white.

You used to be a businessman that grew from nothing to 100 employees.......... i love you stayed that authentic and passionate, very enjoyable to see what you do and how you do this. I say this because i know by experience how difficult that is (and i grew from nothing to 25 employees.....wich broke me down after 20 years....) regards, Ben

Just stumbled upon your vlog and what a great find. I prefer Black and White image best. I think if you brighten the side of the hill a bit where bridge upright is and make it a bit brighter than foreground that would draw your eye more into the image and make it stronger. But what a great image to have taken I am envious.

Hi Nigel. Love your work. In this video, you say you prefer a grad filter but in a more recent one, you say the opposite. I like that over the years you have changed and are ok to say it but I’m just wondering what made you change your mind/ technique? Biggest take from me in your work is to slow down. Quality over quantity. Cheers

Hi Nigel - really enjoyed this video, thanks for sharing. I've stumbled across this video researching GGB vantage points. I'll be in SF from the UK in a few weeks, would like to visit Slacker Hill. Any tips you can share? I'll be in a hire car and wondering what parking is like etc or if you can recommend a good site with details on getting there and around? Thanks!
