I honestly wouldn’t mind playing Gurguit. However, I already maxed out my clan level for GP back before even Legion and I decided to focus on other clans to max them out.

A lot of your videos added so much joy and flavour to the dinners I had over the course of 2021 and wish you all the best in 2022 and onwards especially when you move to Japan! I remember early G era golds in paper. Madew was the best stride the clan had. I went to an ARG nationals in Philadelphia when set 3 had just come out. Accidentally left my deck box with my Sanctuary Guard deck at home, so I had to emergency build a deck out of my trade binder, which turned out to be Prominence Glare using Madew and Campbell in the G Zone. Aglovale for plays on turn 2 was nice, and stalling on Madew until it was time to try to assassinate with Glare worked out against everything but Messiah, which is the only deck that beat me during that tournament... though it beat me three times out of seven rounds :c

Spearcross is mega mid and I feel like that holds the deck back quite a bit, I just feel like the strides in general are kinda not great, especially for finishing turns

Aside from their respective ride lines, probably their Triple Rares from set 01 of Overdress. Eden for Bruce and Alden for Bastion. Though we should expect them to be toned down a bit as those cards are broken if they get to keep their TCG skills

The kg player could've when into the double rr fighters collection stride and used blade master to retire 1 and then countercharge using the g1 double rare then used the vanguard skill. But anyway that's all assuming he had another copy of that stride

If you’re playing glare I would run more bluish flames if possible for glare’s skill. Glare works as a finisher so you don’t have to run zenith. Maybe core or percival at 1 or 2 and Garmore at 4 or 3

@@chasinghaze0962 yeah I understand that heal guards make glare not as powerful as it was before but if you but a grade 1 boosting glare gets over a 1 heal guard and forces either a pg and a grade 3 discard or 2 heal guards to block and can kill when your opponent is at 4 damage while zenith is best when the opponent is at 5 damage as everything has to be guarded including zenith.

@@dawnbreaker1775 yeah you are right. But its still a bit awkward as compared to other guard restricts like Yggdrasil and Heavyduke. Both if these can hit over multiple heal guards. Feels like Percival does the job better at putting up board and zenith means more chances to recycle BBL which is one of your main strengths

there is less g3s but if you cant hit over heal guards it doesnt matter much so bear that in mind

It is possible to make power beyond 26000(1g0 guard) and even 41000 (2g0 guard) For the main g0. cheer up thrumpter will be usefull to give the vc a skill to power up whenever a unit is calling from the deck And also as g1 . May rain liberatore bruno fo boost will also be usefull cuz he has the same skill I try it and my vc power went 42000 and even more

Compare to this build, my build seems kinda abnormal, I think loop ear kinda good if you bring pellinore... Spearcross is trash, do not bring it into deck, I'd rather bring vanilla elemental than spearcross. also you can reduce pellinore to three and bring 2 stand trigger instead, it really good in gurguit deck 👍
