I didn’t know Parksville had so much to see/do during the non-peak season. I always thought of it as a summer place to go.

We were here in December too, in the snow, which was obviously a very different kind of experience. But spring is great (the cherry blossoms were in bloom!), as you can still explore the beach and such with far fewer people around. Hikes in the forest are awesome too.
