This is a model house and that’s just the starting price. After all the upgrades, your looking at easily adding and extra million+. Plus, you have to do the landscaping as well.

Cindy is correct, although it varies on the extras, I have client who only spend close to 80k in basic landscape and very minimal upgrades. You can see it on my other video for 11533 Darcy Way. Have other Clients who spent over 300k.

garbage design way too trendy. the interior decorator sure hit all the buttons for TODAY, but not many classic styling elements....this house will look so dated in 10 years. once you get all the upgrades your property taxes will be 30K a year.... unimpressed. and yes I can afford it.
