Great video as always thank you. I am using the simple powerflow plus card for the kitchen wall mounted display for the family but this would be great for diagnostic on my office wall display as it offers more data which would confuse the family and wouldn't get a WAF (wife acceptance factor) mark 😂

I personally still prefer the simplicity of the Power Flow Plus card so use that on my dashboard, but I do know people who use this one day-to-day too because of that very reason of it showing a lot more data at a glance.

Thanks for the video, really good. I have a a solis Hybrid with pylontech batteries. I am using the solax inverter modbus integration. I have installed the card, and over the next week or so I will try to get it working, and let you know the results.

Thanks for the shout out. Mine has an update pending. It seems to have renamed some of the setting names. I need to reconfigure mine. I never got the grid to animate, but maybe that is fixed in the update. I will post my YAML for my Lux inverter to my site.

No problem, thanks for the tip off! Yes, after making the video the dev pushed out an update with breaking changes. Loads of entity names in the config are different. I've updated the sample config on my site, but obviously the exact examples shown in the video will be named incorrectly now. They're all still numbered the same though which helps massively in identifying the changed names!

Hi Oliver Been working my way through the different power card types you've found, was preferring the power flow plus, but the daily totals and time to reserve SoC could make this my fave. Plugged it in for one of my givenergy inverters and half of it not working properly. Read the documentation and I found that all the yes/no toggles are now true/false so the sample code on your website wasn't working until I changed all these. Cheers Geoffrey

Oooh! Now that's interesting! :) I'm running a Sunsynk system - I wrote my own modbus service and a simple website to do similar to work around things like USB passthru. Time to dust off home assistant again...

If you have a sun sync with the USB data logger you can pull the data directly from it, it will only update every minute though. I am installing solar assistant later this week once I finish putting up the solar array for greater insight. But this car handles all the features of all the Deyes inverter I am really happy to have found it.

Inverter was finally swapped out on Thursday so got this working now, although it's a shame that the format changed since your video! Shame there's no way to adjust units on the fly.

Yup, this one is best for hybrids. The layout doesn't really make sense for AC coupled setups.

Can i connect my feed in tartif array to the Sunsynk 8.8kwh hybrid inverter and my non-feed-in tariff solar array and keep them separate coming out of the inverter so i can keep my feed-in-tariff-intact.

This isn’t an integration for Sunsynk inverters, it’s just a card to display data in HA in the same style as the display on a Sunsynk inverters. You will need an integration already in place for your inverter and that can be of any brand (I use GivEnergy as an example in the video)

If you've installed it using HACS, then the most likely reason it's not yet visible to add is because of your browser cache needing a refresh. You might need to force the browser to refresh from source, clear the cache, or just try a different browser to test if you have another one installed.

Although the card is no visible in the list of cards, if you search for it you can find it. So I have managed to install it. Now I have a new issue, most of the values are zero. Only batty charge is correct.

Thanks I already configured my ZCS Inverter but I have a stupid (I'm sure for you but not for my poor knowledge on Hassio) problem due to the power unit of measurement that are in kW and not in W. I suppose I should create eqyivalet entitie just oltiplying them by 1000 in some way but how? is nayting I could add in the same yaml file? Again, sorry for the stupid question

You'll need to edit configuration.yaml and create a template sensor. I don't know sorry - I don't have a Huawei inverter. You'd need to find a Home Assistant integration for your inverter first and that might provide the data for you. If it doesn't then you'll need another method of getting it, such as a smart CT clamp energy monitor, or some form of smart meter integration. I use a Hildebrand Glow CAD/IHD.

Couldn’t say, but I do know that the card has been updated numerous times since I made this video and the entity parameters have changed their names a lot. My configuration example will not match reality for the latest version so you are best reading the card’s instructions rather than my guide
