Yes, 1 coming up this month. Probably the best RumaWIP I've reviewed so far. Facilities mantap, got swimming pool, gym, full size outdoor basketball court, gym AND sky bridge with sky deck. The tiles in the unit also very good, it's 2'x2' glazed tiles! Usually RumaWIP will only provide 1'x1' unglazed tiles. What can I say, hands down the best that I've seen indeed.

No speed ramp. But then again, parking isn't that high up also. You can enter at P2 and the highest is P5.
