Love the new home studio you guys got, much cleaner and earthier. I was wondering what kind of strat that you guys have started using lately? It looks like its got three hot rails in it and looks pretty new (also sounds amazing). I'm still used to the old guitars you guys used like the black strat with the mismatched pickups, the greco, or that orange hollowbody. Also what amps do you guys use for recording guitar and bass, I've noticed that you guys have some old combo amp in the background in a lot of your videos, a danelectro??? One more thing, what are you guys using in terms of drums, like cymbals and such. I've always really like the sound of the cymbals in your guys' recordings.

Thank you so much Dr. Radical! We’re using danelectro amp. The DM-10. It’s pretty dark sounding with some nice breakup when pushed to full volume. We still have all the guitars you mentioned but did recently get the new strat. It’s the same year as the old one. 95 and Mexican made. We recently got a Kemper profiler so that’s what we’re mainly using for recording to digital. When we use tape, we use the danelectro or this old fender 85 practice amp. Drums recently upgraded as well, I have new cymbals that I picked up from a vintage seller in Hollywood,Fl. They are old stamp Adveis Zildjian 70s era cymbals. But my hi hats are Bosphorus 1800gram 15” hats. I still have the old pair of Zildjian A’s too. The drum kit is an old made in Japan unknown name brand kit. Thanks for peeping the new content and will we will be uploading new tunes more frequently here!

@@BrothersNylon Awesome! thanks for taking the time to answer my long winded questions! I think its really awesome that you guys are using a kemper despite making more old school types of music. I personally use a Line 6 HX Stomp for my guitar tones but I'm very much a progressive metal/djent player and having the versatility and customization of digital really helps. Those cymbals sound cool as well. Yesterday I bought 2 zildjian zbt chinas for 100 bucks and Im looking at buying a few more cymbal stands. Im definitely quite cheap with my stuff but im not ready to make a super big plunge for drums when guitar is my primary instrument. Im looking at some zbt crashes and a ride. great deals for those cymbals
