1) Aryan Invasion is a myth and this theory has been debunked long ago. 2) Brahma and Brahman and Brahmin are different entities. 3) There is no concept of Dalit etc in sanatan. This was a system made by Islamic invaders and strengthened by british. 4) Before invasions, varna used to be defined by profession adopted by a person and not birth. 5) Both Ramayan and Mahabharat have been written by so called Dalits and shudra writers. 6) Sant Ravidas, Kabir etc many hindu saints were shudra and dalits. Dalits are not Shudras. Dalits were the people who were kept out of society/village for some kind of punishment. For example if the society thinks that a woman is cheating on her husband, they may kick her out of village and thus she will become a Dalit who used to live outside of the border of a village and were treated as the lowest of creatures and would never be able to live a normal life like other villagers.

You don't have to follow any books, just love the life in you and around you unconditionally. That's it, life will be so peaceful. And, yes do something constructive to the life around you, plant a seed, feed the animals, help people who are in need unconditionally without tagging an identity. Drop the man-made identity that "I am this", "I belong to this community" etc etc. This identity creates ego and this ego tries to divide, discriminate and destroy. Live a simple life, this is a gift to rejoice the beautiful world around you.
