Comparing the boards is fin but I want to know how the board reacts in specific conditions with a gps to show data

We have found getting good data hard to do in the past but we will try and do this into the future. Thanks Reuben

How does the Bullet compare to the Starboard Generation? Looking for a composite board to use in a coastal and often choppy environment, to replace my F-one 11’6 iSup. Perhaps to do a little informal racing in due course, but generally fitness paddling. Thanks.

Well Rob, We have just been discussing getting a Bullet to put into on SUPboarder Pro test. So we could be comparing a Generation,JP hybrid, SIC bullet and maybe another TBC. Should be a really good test. I would love to know too. Thanks Reuben

@@SUPboardermag I would LOVE that comparison video. I have a Bullet and am looking at also adding a Starboard Allstar, Generation or an RS. I want to be able to have my future board addition for racing and chop. My Bullet can handle well in many water conditions!

where can I get a bullet in the UK?
@SUPboardermag4 жыл бұрын
Hey Roger you should send ant email to INFO@MAXTRACK.COM they are the SIC UK importer and will give you a list of who has the Bullets in stock. I hope that helps, it is a fantastic board and one of my personal favourites. Reuben

Hey great review thank you so much. I rode the RS in flat water and it s super fast and stable. I own a 2015 Allstar Sprint and as fast as it is in the bay I hate riding it in the open ocean, totally unstable. (And I ve been surfing all my life) So I’m looking to buy a one board that is fast but fun and stable to paddle in the Pacific and fast to paddle in flat water as Well but I won’t be doing any DW. What would you recommend ? RS or Bullet? Thanks again. Keep up the great work!

Hey Max. I really love the bullet but its not the fastest of boards on flat water. Its so good in bumps and down winding though. Sounds like the RS is the one for you. Fast and smooth to paddle in lots of conditions. Hope that helps Reuben/ SUPboarder

I disagree with the comparison. Most races are all-conditions so that’s how judge boards like these. I have made faster times on some downwind boards as opposed to some like the starboard Gen R. I would like to see board comparisons with gsp time to show. Boards have to be ridden to show their worth. I have bought boards without ridding them and they immediately go on Craigslist for whatever money can get for them because they do not work well with my stroke or body type….whatever. Then again, I am focused on racing. I make this comment here because these are race boards

Thanks for the suggestions and feedback. We agree there should be GPS times as well to compare race boards and will begin to bring this into our future reviews. You make a good point that someone needs to find the right board for them, even if on paper there is a faster board, it may not be the one suited to their paddling style. Thanks, Beau
