This place looks great! I remember a video you did several months ago on a similar place that allowed on-street parking, which resulted in extreme congestion. A $170 HOA seems reasonable when looking at the level of common-area upkeep. I didn't see a single property that looked poorly maintained. And I like the location between two large parcels of undeveloped land. More proof that it is a great time to be old and not have kids.

I really liked both of these, quiet, clean and tidy and easy to maintain at attractive price. I have liked this the best so far, by far- add a nice mini van to get away any time and it is a Gem. Very impressed Thanks Sam

@@inspirationalnomad they had their door locked in their bedroom which they never do that. I was able to get the door open and find them sleeping in their bedroom I banged and banged on their door and they never answered I was worried about them. Being a caretaker is stressful

Yes it can be at times, hang in there Adam. Once the time comes when they go onto glory so to speak. These moments as well bring comfort in time. You sound like a good kind soul. And its such a wonderful thing knowing you got their back in their golden years. :)

@@inspirationalnomad I'm really enjoying these videos because I like seeing how cute a manufactured home can be with carports, landscaping, and screened in porches. I live in Texas and you don't see many manufactured homes done up nice like this, they often look kind of trashy if the owners don't keep up with the maintenance.

Definitely need to research the HOA, potential water issues as well as close hospitals or economic opportunities.. the surrounding area is pretty much all farm land, so you would need to travel around 40 minutes to get to an area with more amenities & opportunities
