#### Production steps
1. *Prepare spareribs*
Chop pork ribs (300g) into small pieces and soak in cold water for 20 minutes to remove blood.

Add onions and coriander, stir-fry over medium heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, turn off the heat and use the residual heat to bake.
6. *Serve on a plate*
Serve the dry pan spareribs on a plate and enjoy while hot.

Re-frying the spareribs can make the skin more crispy and lock in the gravy inside.
Cut the potatoes into pieces evenly and control the heat when frying to avoid being burnt on the outside and raw on the inside.
