technically he is just another Vegeta. Tho they fight differently minus Baby using some of Vegeta's techniques like the "Big Bang Attack" which is a Final Flash but the game calls it "full power energy wave" for some fucking reason. Glad the Oozaru is in his moveset. That actually defines Baby really well considering he didn't want to become one and hates them.

The ironic thing about the "Full power energy wave" is, it's indeed the Final Flash used in Episode 29 and Baby said "Big Bang Attack". Also bumbed they miscolored his Oozaru beam which is the Super Galick Gun that suppose to be blue instead of purple. But I guess they gave him the correct aura color which no other game manage to do properly. Seeing Baby like this, it really wants me to see a playable Super Saiyan 4 Goku. He has the coolest Kamehamehas, the dragon fist and great potential for combos. I love the early variation of the Kamehameha times 10 in which he combines two orbs into one before firing. But the red Kamehameha looks sick too visually.

I felt it too, he doesn’t have a low or side switch mix or grab like a lot of the other characters. Like you said his safe move on block is 236M. His mixup on block is going to be using air grab to side switch and using 6S/214S for returning ki blasts, while using assist to make it safe. I didn’t realize they return on block so thanks for that idea.

Am I the only one sorta frustrated by the DLC characters in DBZF? Like, considering that it is a full priced game, I really don’t like the idea of paying more on top of that. The problem comes on when you realize that the DLC character aren’t cosmetic changes and can’t be labbed against. I think that in a competitive fighting game, it’s incredibly frustrating to put characters like UI Goku or master Rossi, with wildly unique move sets (Goku is basically playing a different game) behind a paywall so it’s incredibly difficult to even train against them. While I wouldn’t say that any of the characters are unbeatable, it’s hard to say that UI Goku, Baby2, DBS Broly, etc are on the same level as yamcha or Frieza. I have had plenty of matches where I’ve beat dlc characters, but I still get frustrated that it really seems like UI and Vegito blue seem basically mandatory in order to be competitive. While I wouldn’t call it pay to win, it really makes it feel like you’re paying for a big leg up on the competition. It’s just something thats been bugging me for a while and I wanted to see what other people thought.
