It’s crazy how this was an accident. They’ve had so many years to work with this game, yet they still mess up like this. To clarify: they wanted his lvl 3 to hit and not whiff in certain situations, so by doing that it’s much closer now. Which also gets us what we see. Imo, it’s sad negligence. It feels like whoever works on the patches is being forced to get them out. No one bothers to test anything.

Her grounded normals are huge, so you couldn't realistically mess it up. I think that's why it's gone.

Baby level 3 used to only go at a fixed angle, so midscreen you'd be too far away from the opponent to get anything, and could only get mix in the corner. Now that you can change the angle to be closer to Baby...
