Ever since you first released your opinion video and a follow up with your viewers, you did another follow up that reflected the huge amount of time you invested in this and it shows. You are “fighting the good fight” as journalists who would say when it comes to seeking transparency based on accurate and verified facts while showing clarification to show what facts aren’t quite clear at this moment in your research. Just a great, strong, clear cut newscast. Keep up on the good work, keep hitting those that won’t provide a response to you, cherish your anonymous sources because they are a best friend to transparency and facts. All famous deaf actors including Marlee Matlin, Daniel Durant, John Maucere, Troy Kotsur, and more didn’t speak up about this issue. Did you know the fact that Marlee Matlin and Alexis Kashar are super best friends? Basically, Marlee is on her BFF’s side. Daniel Durant wore the shirt that was created by Alexis Kashar and then that “used” shirt was sold on the auction website. The money went to NAD… or Howard’s bank so he could subscribe Alexis Kashar’s OnlyFans monthly. The point is… famous deaf actors are not on our side. Even though you admired your favorite famous deaf actors, they do not give a bad poop about us, period. That’s very sad. Now, you just learned about this. I’m sure you have a lot of questions. Don’t ask me. Ask them. What should you do? Of course, spread this message to everyone. We live in a freedom country. It’s time to call out every single famous deaf person and ask them to speak up.

Well, Please be aware of the Code of Ethics. NAD Board is fully responsible and governs the Officers and By-Laws and follows Maryland Law and Federal Law. NAD is a Nonprofit Organization. Thank you.

It seems they took an advantage of NDA to get away with it so no one will be held accountable for the non-transparency and misuse of authority. In my opinion, using for NDA should be strictly used for confidentiality (nondisclosure agreement) related to financial situations and sensitive information only. However, it should be not used for transparency related to NFL and broadcasters since we should have a right to know about it.

Thank you I understand that NAD this was a very interesting thread about a few years ago about how a company that was a not so good NAD this is what happens few years ago aging people are changing to a more traditional way I see until they get failures because they feel people get more and they NAD interesting that you have a good job. I will definitely investigate this further so that we know more about that and what do you recommend I make a change with fraud and other crimes against NAD

My question is who was ceo of NAD before Howard last 1993 Marlee with pip? I haven’t research yet. Anyone know name person before CEO Howard? Maybe you should ask person who used to be ceo of nad before Howard to ask person for his opinion feedback what think of superbowl? How did person did success work with nfl on pip old time?

I recall Marlee once stated that Garth Brook (the singer) asked Marlee to stand next to him at the very last minute (Not sure if that is what I can remember). It was on the talk show on KZbin somewhere with one of the star hosts (ie Oprah). I couldn't remember which show it was on.

Why after Super Bowl finish then deaf performers on You Tube video on smartphones, iPad, computer? Yes I watched smartphone & it pisses me off. I may think Howard will resign, I hope so!!!

be aware that NAD used "Deaf" and I don't know the legal meaning in their by law or so for which actually group they applying to. If they want to focus on ASL users then violated deaf rights of not ensure all deaf citizens get equal access. Deaf rights are including oral, SEE, PSE-1, PSE-2, cued speech, & ASL interpreters (6 interpreters to show in tv as 6 tvs in a tv) along with CC for majority of deaf community who never learned sign languages. Be aware of that 16% of United States citizens are deaf who never learned the sign system. .03% of the U.S. citizens are ASL users, majority are two disability of can't hear and speak well. I think time for us to form an ASL organization since by law, (educational legal information as I am pro se) the meaning of the name of the organization must match the actions of the entity. Other words, NAD should be focus on majority of deaf and ensure they get CC all the time since they don't care about sign language nor willing to learn to make one of sign systems. Then name of entities should be with "ASL" is the correctly designated the organizations that can get ASL community want that NAD couldn't and must focus on deaf rights, majority are English users (16%) while ASL users are .03%, and can not excluding deaf citizens who using other sign system than ASL. Again, either NAD need to change their name of the organization to ASL Association for the Deaf to be only focus on ASL community then we can start barking up the correctly trees. Be aware that I may be representative deaf citizens who only use oral, SEE, PSE-1, PSE-2, cued speech interpreters to ensure that ASL community isn't only only standing on the chair so I will make sure that those other sign users will also standing along with the ASL users and not taking away their rights haven't stop illegal discriminating those non-ASL sign users couldn't level up with the .03% citizens of ASL users and 16% citizens of English users (read). Please make sure to include micro-minority deaf sign users of oral, cued speech, SEE, PSE-1 and PSE-1. It is all about inclusive when come to use deaf. Might as well start focus on the right to assembly your new organization related to ASL only and not other sign system including CC.

Supposed if Howard, CEO of NAD would not be good representation for deaf people then he needs to resign and hire another person who knew a lot of issues in past and more motivated to involve in conference and many events. Instead of Howard, he knew nothing about PIP on TV That was shame! He ought to know about it but he knew nothing. That might be unfortunately sad but need to let Howard go and get another person for CEO of NAD thank you! Great report, Alex!👍🏼 I am startled to find out about this controversy. I am glad that Howard Rosenblum is on administrative leave from NAD. He might be fired. Howard is too silenced from public. He must come forward to explain what happened. I think Howard never watch TV if TV have no CC in the 1990s but CC was about developing in a process at that time. He probably missed watching Super Bowl but he have no idea there's a signer during a national anthem on Super Bowl. I think Howard may have a mental illness. Alexis Kashar must be fired and silenced, too. So she won't get NFL job. Alexis will may have experiencing the roadblock her path from getting there. I didn't know Alexis' father was selling TTYs. Interesting. I had TTYs in 1990s and early 2000s but I don't remember the name of manufacturing. Thank you, Alex, for an information on Super Bowl Controversy. I appreciate.
