I had mine for two& a half years,soon as I received them from Amazon i Iet it absorb the sky without sunlight for4 hours & some minutes then wala!!! let there be light & there was light,allnight till 7ven in the A.M.l sometimes have to change battery once a year, this time it,s going 3months over the year,last all winter w/ no sunlight, little sunlight dreary dark days,

It is used in the dark. Once you move past it it turns on in the dark to give light to your path.

Hi ,some of these are real Dukey, I just sent one back today it would not even light up to bright, nameless from Ebay, the best brand I think is Arilux they go all night, thinking I was getting a deal I got a 54 Led it comes on a 9:00 pm off buy 2:00 am, I am going back to Arilux, there cheaper from Banggood than Ebay.
