I had to do a quick search because I'd never read anything about a prototype SCIV before. I'm assuming these are all from the build that was recently found?

I like it at 0:27 they missed a sound there compared to the normal version, it's still very good.

So they pitched up the song, amongst other things when they made the production version. More drums in the finished piece vs. here from what I'm hearing too. *PS:* Where does "Dance of the Holy Man" come from? Because I've _never_ heard it acknowledged in official media and it seems like a bastardization of Richter's March of the Holy Man, if anything.

They made a good call replacing the upright bass tone. Fits well with most of the soundtrack, just not here, prototype or no.

Rondo of Blood official OST. That's the name given on the soundtrack, to the best of my recollection.

@@matthewmacgregor09 If you're talking about the track that arranges the X68000 version of Simon's Theme from the Rondo of Blood/Bloodlines OST (KICA-7622~3), the Japanese from the OST track list is written as "シモンのテーマ(Block 8 BGM)" with the Japanese bit being spoken "Shimon no tēma" or _Simon's Theme._ Nearest neighbor from my original theory is the Japanese for Richter's March of the Holy Man, "聖者の行進", which on its own convinces Google that it's "When the Saints Go March". If you include the bracketed bit then Google spits out "March of the Holy Man (Richter Ending BGM)".

Seems kinda lacking to me. I think it’s just the missing drums, and possibly the key of G. It’s just kinda like when you pitch shift other heroes’ themes.
