Man I still remember being little and not being able to get through this game. Finally, after literal months, I got to the Medusa boss but my dad made me quit because she's topless. Ah, memories

Thank you for sharing for story :) Konami did a lot of toning down from the Japanese to the US Release (making the blood green in level 8 and toning down how the statues look in level 6), I am a little surprised they left medusa untouched.

Slogra and Gaibon always gave me trouble

Slogra and Dracula took me the longest to do hitless. Getting the timing for Slogra to dodge his charge in second phase is really tough, and gabion has a surprisingly high number of patterns depending on where he starts his second phase.
