Supercat is the epitome of coolness. The guest appearances on his tracks were some of Heavy D's best work. This song is so classic!
As a light skinned Puerto Rican growing up in Flatbush, Brooklyn in the 90's. I was heavily influenced by Jamaican culture. I love the beautiful people. I love my rice and peas with jerk chicken and cabbage. I love the music there's a spiritual connection between 🇵🇷 and 🇯🇲 (Hence our reggaeton music). Supercat was one of my favorites and this jam was one of the best. A lot of great memories from the dance hall parties on Church Ave. I remember the weird looks I use to get being the lightest person at the those parties. Until, I got on the dance floor. Then I was part of the family. I was shown so much love. It's part of who I am till this day. Even my daughter loves the culture. Edited: Jah bless all of our Caribbean people. Ain't nowhere in the world you will find more flavor and flow. I might be a little biased but I dare someone to test the notion.

@@selmae.890 Yes, that's right. All over. I remember like 20 years ago. I was in Atlanta for the weekend with my boys. We all from the Caribbean and decided to hit up a dancehall club. When I tell you I had a blast. It's easiest one of my favorite nights out EVER 😜. Dancehall music just brings the freak out of everyone and you can't even help it. You start with just moving your hips lightly and then before you know you it your on the floor popping it and busting shots in the air with 2 fingers up. It's crazy 🤪 but I love it.
