I like seeing uncloggings when the clog happened naturally. Watching someone constantly pulling garbage out that people just keep throwing on the ground is gross. I think all the environmentalists need to focus their energies on countries like this. This is just nasty.

In Virginia, USA, we have "Adopt A Highway". We also have state cleaning of highways monthly. Much cleaner than, say, CA.
