for people asking for a translation i kind of have one. just a summary anyway since my friend told me what it meant a long while ago. souda is trying to get hinata to guess something that goes 'vrooooom!' and hinata kind of takes the piss by guessing things like a razor and a hair dryer (? or maybe other things i forget) and souda gets progressively more frustrated until hinata finally goes "i know, i know... its an engine isnt it?" and souda goes on gushing about it but thats all i remember oops
