Ingat sa mga kamay after kitchen works,I've seen chefs here in Pinas, tumanda afflicted w/arthritis sa kamay. Use lot of paper towel before hand wash,rest hands .Pray as you go, GOD BLESS.

Actually madaming tinda sa Metro Manila yung pusit hindi super black yung sarsa. Esp sa mga jollyjeep or calenderia. Looks like meron lang tagalaga sa Provinces sa Pilipinas na black talaga sarsa mag adobo ng pusit. And meron naman part ng Pinas hindi. Looks like madami mga nag tinda sa Metro Manila sanay sa hindi masyado black yung sarsa.
