I was also thinking engine noise but for me it is that peaceful part of a transatlantic flight where everyone’s chilling and the noise of the engines is steady and soothing. I use this along with noise canceling earbuds earbuds to mask my husband’s snoring - after a decade of separate rooms the combo is letting us share a bed again - so much appreciated.

Of them all, brown noise was intriguing and pleasant, so I listened to a few other channels, then came across this one. The noise is taking over what's going on inside your mind, therefore you're relieved, then the mind is at ease 🙂👍 hope this explains a bit...

I was doubtful. I have tried several others. I sleep with multiple pets in the bed, so movement and noise are always an issue. I use Fitbit to track my sleep. First night - noticable improvement in sleep score. It looks like everyone (me and pets) all slept peacefully with this playing. Will definitely be trying again.
