it's only possible on bugs, cause you need stalkers in order for it to work. you need to basically time it so that as you get hit by the stalker, you're animation canceling your grenade. its a kinda weird timing, but its like right when you're getting hit. you also need to get rid of all of your grenades except for one, so you only get one try if you screw up. it took like 10 or something tries to get it, but you get infinite grenades even after you reinforce. unfortunately its not that great of a strategy, it turns out throwing grenades with a bunch of close quarters combatants tends to not go well.

There used to be a bug (game glitch kind, not terminid kind), where you could throw your last grenade, then spam the stratagem button, and it would confuse the game into giving you near-infinite grenades. Contrary to what the other guy in these comments is saying, it was achievable on bots and bugs. I assume they're describing a different way to get the same glitch.
