It actually is really creative, quick and simple. This is something you can make with leftover ingredients from your holiday cooking. Typically Americans have these ingredients laying around after the holidays. I don't see anything wrong with this recipe. Go to therapy and give people a break.

Makes sense. It's because it's what is used when making icing. On the other hand, Americans call it powdered sugar just because it's sugar made into powder, but it's not just sugar as it's sugar mixed with corn starch. So I think it should be named "sugar starch." But that's just me.
