Ingredients 6 tablespoons unsalted butter 6 ounces dark chocolate, chopped ( I use Dove chocolate) ½ cup granulated white sugar ½ cup light brown sugar, packed 2 large eggs ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ⅛ teaspoon coffee extract (optional) ¾ cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder ( I use Hershey's Special Dark) ½ teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt

The solution: make dough, shape cookies, bake a few, freeze the rest. The frozen dough balls can be baked in small portions for cheat days. 😊 Moderation is key! Two cookies a week can satisfy cravings without blowing up a diet. This is how I get thru trying these fabulous Divas recipes!!!!

Another tip, bake for friends, coworkers, neighbors, etc. instead of for yourself. Save 2-3 for you and give the rest away. If people eat up most of the batch, you can’t succumb to temptation

Just made these. I didn't have dark chocolate or Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder, so I used semi-sweet chocolate chips and regular cocoa powder. They are delicious! Best recipe I've found for brownie cookies! And easy to make! Thank you! Now all I need is milk......

these things are delicious, only two things i'd like to add are that the dough definitely needed at least an hour of fridging before being workable, and to not try t fit these all on one half-sheet pan, cause they spread

I made these and I think I prefer a cocoa only chocolate cookie. HOWEVER, I didn't use Dove chocolate. I used a combination of 75% and 85% dark chocolate and I think it made them too chocolatey and didn't allow the cookies to spread. They remained in ball form until I pressed them down. When I decided to make these, I forgot that my favorite part of brownies is the edge. 😂If you're a center brownie person, this cookie is for you.
