INGREDIENTS:
Milk 2 cup
Let it boil
Collect malai from the side
Sugar 4 tbsp
Boil for 5 mins
Custard powder 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Mix well
Add slowly
Cook for 5 mins
Let it cool down
Milk powder 1/2 cup
Custard mixture 2-3 tbsp
Creamy consistency
2 Bread slice
Cut the edges
Spread milk powder mixture
Nuts
Dip into milk
Pour custard mixture
Nuts
Pistachios powder
Saffron
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
