4 pieces fried Shiitake mushrooms, rehydrated and sliced into strips
1/2 yellow onion, cut into wedges
1/2 red onion, cut into wedges
2 stalks of spring onions
250g (8.81 oz) boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
10g (0.35 oz) young ginger, chopped
1 tbsp black bean paste
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp premium dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
A few dashes of white pepper
