Welcome to our Cocoon Crochet Sweater tutorial! In this video, I'll guide you through every step of creating this easy, cozy and stylish sweater. 🧶✨
Pattern notes:
This pattern is written using standard US crochet terms.
The sweater is worked in turning rows, the sleeves and border are worked in the round.
The chain 1 never counts as a stitch.
Stitch counts below are given in the S/M size with L/XL and 2XL/3XL in parentheses
This video tutorial shows the sweater being made in the L/XL.
This sweater is very forgiving, with each size fitting a wide array of body types. However, someone who normally wears a small but is on the taller side, may want to add more rows to accommodate their height. So feel free to add (or take away) rows to accommodate your height. For reference, I’m 5' 2" and have no issues wearing the sweater as written. The model in the photo above is also wearing the sweater as it is written.

sp/sps = space/spaces
sl st = slip stitch
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
hdc 3rd loop = half double crochet in the third loop (the loop behind the first two loops)

bpdc = back post double crochet
dc dec = double crochet decrease
