We make a lot of waffles at home, and I thought, "I wonder if I can make mochi waffles with a similar recipe..." so we tried it! I love anything black sesame so that's what we're trying! I think you can add even more sesame than I did so that's what I'll do next time! Will it be better than regular waffles?

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups mochiko (sweet rice flour)
1/3 cup sugar (or go for 1/2 cup if you want sweeter)
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup milk (your choice)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional add-ins of your choice (chia seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, cocoa powder, matcha powder, red bean, you get the idea)
