Super Easy Gluten Free Mochi Waffle Recipe!

We make a lot of waffles at home, and I thought, "I wonder if I can make mochi waffles with a similar recipe..." so we tried it! I love anything black sesame so that's what we're trying! I think you can add even more sesame than I did so that's what I'll do next time! Will it be better than regular waffles?

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups mochiko (sweet rice flour)
1/3 cup sugar (or go for 1/2 cup if you want sweeter)
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup milk (your choice)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional add-ins of your choice (chia seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, cocoa powder, matcha powder, red bean, you get the idea)

tried it today, It's excellent!! thanks!! my son wanted cocoa and black sesame in his waffle mix, he loved it! my wife and I had the black sesame and we loved it, it's very delicious

Hello- can I eliminate the granulated sugar and just use maple syrup instead? Thank you for sharing the yummy recipes! I just thought of using coconut milk instead of regular milk should be very tasty yum yum yum!
