Summer is just around the corner, and I’m kicking off the warmer season with one of my favorite recipes: mango jasmine green tea.
Mangos tend to hit peak season right around the beginning of summer. They’re my go-to fruit for a strong, tropical flavor. When paired with a floral-tasting tea, they create a thirst-quencher that will have you savoring the long, sunny days all summer long.

🥭 Mango Jasmine Green Tea Ingredients:
🍃 Jasmine Green Tea Leaves from Taiwan
For the cleanest taste, I use jasmine green tea leaves from Taiwan that have been grown without any synthetic pesticides. The tea leaves have also been handpicked, ensuring larger, fuller leaves for fresher flavor.
🍃 Ripe Champagne Mangos
Champagne mangos have very little stringy fiber, perfect for a smooth, creamy drink. They’re ripe once they are completely golden in color. If you press the peel with your finger, the fruit should stay indented. You will also see some clear juice leaking from the stem.
🍃 Raw Light Amber Honey, Grade A
Lighter honey usually tastes more sweet and floral, compared to the often more medicinal tasting dark honey. I use a grade A raw honey that has been made from local wildflowers. If you have a favorite honey that you use for iced drinks, it would most likely work for this recipe!
🍃 Mint Leaves for Garnish
The fresh mint leaves aren’t just for appearances! They add a subtle, cooling flavor to the sweetness of the mango and honey. It’s also the perfect counterbalance to the slightly astringent green tea. The result is a perfectly refreshing and thirst-quenching treat.
