No Matter what any apex organisation of the Nagas claim/put petition to the GOI everything will turn in vain if NSCN turn small and compromise their stand for the so called share- sovereignty. You all know there had been a loud voice. from the demand of "full freedom which had turned to sovereignty then to share sovereignty and will likely to a mere federal state within the framework of India Constitution. And then many and big questions will come out within dismayed Nagas that What is point of struggle? the point of lossing so many lives? Would not it be far good had we been merge from before since Indian independence? And you all the treasons will have to answer for those.

Shared-Sovereignty between India & Naga could be ok if it is for transition period of 10/20 years ( to set up well of Naga's military, finance, foreign-relation, etc.) thence permanent-sovereignty.otherwise, Nagalim would be just like any Indian State under Indian Constitution having Federal in nature but unitary in spirit.
