omg Kye, the pastry is so good, i'm so impressed!! I tried using black sesame filling from another recipe (because i dont have allulose) but it wasn't nice :( I am waiting for my allulose to arrive so that I can follow your caramel filling. thank you so much for your amazing recipe

yayyy very happy that you like it! ☺️ sesame filling seems to be quite hard and crumbly. This caramel filling is softer. However I found a much better filling when I was doing my salted egg yolk mooncake video. You may also have a look there. Enjoy~ ☺️
