That divot is a heartbreaker. Good solid rose quartz is not easy to find, but at least you got good color.

I have made lots of spheres and every time something like that happens I find it very disappointing but try to find a way to forge ahead. Sometimes it is best just to make the piece smaller.

I've cut a lot of stone glass quartz and what not for home reno. That mineral oil sure sure is a good trick to making nice cuts🍻

У вас две коронки для шара стоят под изгибом вверх? А другая дальняя в горизонтали?

There are three heads. All on a horizontal plane.

Superglue is a great crack filler! I always have a tube at the ready. I heard that windshield repair liquid is another option?? Drip some in and let the suns UV rays cure it. Have you heard of this method?

With adding the glue, does it make the surface feel different? I received a moss agate sphere from an online store and I think it was glued. The whole sphere is cold to the touch except that part that feels (possibly) glued and I'm wondering why there is such a change in surface temperature. Thank you for your video!!!

@@toreegriggers2815 glad you enjoyed the video. If a piece was glued back on to your sphere the surface feel shouldn’t be affected. But if, let’s say, resin was added then there is a possibility that would feel different. I wish I could look it over.
