The Super Nt most definitely plays all MSU1 games flawlessly! John, on your Super Nt, turn on "CARTRIDGE AUDIO ENABLE", in the Super Nt audio menu. Just as with the Super Game Boy, the audio is coming from the DAC on the cart and not from the SNES SPC chip.

The Super NT does play MSU-1 Audio. I own both a Super NT and this Super HD-2 Gamerztek 2 in 1 clone. As a matter of fact, the Gamerztek clone will not play stereo on the SNES, it only dual outputs mono while the Super NT is full stereo just like a real SNES. On the NES side (you can briefly hear missing sounds even in this video on MM2) it has swapped duty sound cycles, so the pitch and sound is not accurate. I really wanted to like this 2 in 1, but with the messed up audio on both the SNES and NES side, I just can't fully enjoy it for it's asking cost. I do enjoy the controllers the HD2 comes with however as they are pretty responsive with Street Fighter, feel well in the hands, and the 10 feet cable length. With so many NOAC clones, it's time for one of these vendors to step it up and stop using the same off the shelf flawed NOAC designs that have been reproduced over and over for the last 10 years. BTW, the Gamerztek HD-2 does have awesome compatibility with SNES games with special chips. It works with Mario RPG, Star Fox, Mario Kart, Super Street Fighter 2 Alpha, Yoshi's Island, Doom, Stunt Race FX and the Super Gameboy; I haven't tried my Game Genie yet.

The volume of the MSU-1 audio is far too loud in your game there. They have updated patches now with corrected volume levels as the newer version of the SD2SNES has a fixed MSU-1 chip with corrected audio levels. The older versions of the SD2SNES had a problem with the MSU-1 chip that caused incorrect audio levels, and so the older patches have high volume levels to compensate.

You are incredibly misinformed for a big time KZbinr.... the Super NT will indeed play MSU-1 audio. You simply have to turn on cartridge audio in the options in order to get the MSU audio to play. I am assuming you tried it and it didn't work, but didn't bother looking into it further? A quick Google search reveals a lot. Probably something a KZbinr should be doing to verify info before making video's that thousands upon thousands of ppl watch and trust.

Oh its one of those shitty 2 in 1 systems, no thanks. I bought one of those and the sound is off, the controllers don't respond accurately. Buy the original.
